The Management Team

With over 10 years of experience in the Design industry William has worked on numerous projects from initial design and IP registration through to manufacturing and marketing of general consumer products.

With a lack of support and an overwhelming amount of information available from various industry organisations regarding all aspects of the idea development process, William, while developing his own ideas, took on board the complex challenge of making sense of this information. Through trial and error and in some cases costly mistake he was able to develop an effective and successful idea development plan which enabled him to bring to market numerous products.

Frustrated by the lack of support and the problem of key services being unintegrated into the entire idea development process, he founded Invent Resources, in the belief that his experience and knowledge would assist others like him.

Skilled and qualified in business and with over 4 years experience in various secretarial and managerial roles, Valentina plays an integral part of Invent Resources.

Valentina’s tasks are to co-ordinate and liaise between the various departments to ensure that all aspects of the project are running efficiently and to schedule. She is the first point of contact that you as a client will have with the team at Invent Resources. Valentina prides herself on being able to provide you with on going support and being able to assist with any queries you may have regarding the idea development process.

Frank Fitzgerald  -  Intellectual Property Manager

Frank is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years experience in a range of engineering fields, including manufacturing, maintenance, and development engineering in particular.  He is well travelled, and has worked in Europe, USA, the Middle East, but has been based in Australia now for almost 20 years. Frank also has broader interests and has worked as a management consultant for a number of years: among his other qualifications, he holds an MBA from Australia’s most prestigious business school.  

In recent years Frank has devoted most of his time to the world of Intellectual property: he is a Registered Patent and Trade Marks Attorney.

In summary, Frank has a unique blend of technical, commercial and Intellectual Property qualifications and experience, which position him well to be of particular value to our clients

Anthony has been involved in the graphic design and printing industry for several years. He has worked on a variety of projects from corporate identity, logo designs, brochures and catalogues and specialises in pre-press production.

With over 5 years of commercial experience in the web development industry Dilshan has designed, developed and deployed a wide range of websites, from standard informational sites through to large scale web directories and e-commerce websites. Dilshan of course designed & developed the current Invent Resources website.

  

Dilshan works closely with you to develop a website that is attractive, reflects your business image, effectively conveys your business message and delivers powerful online facilities. Dilshan understands that the web development process can sometimes be daunting and strives to provide you with clear explanations and comprehensive information throughout helping you to understand the web medium as well as the technology involved.
