I had no previous experience in or knowledge of the process for patenting an idea. My first point of contact with Invent Resources was William Aloisi, the company CEO. After one half hour telephone conversation with William, I not had only gleaned a great deal of knowledge about the patenting process, I also gained considerable confidence in the company's wealth of knowledge and experience, from the actual patent, through to design concepts and marketing solutions, and felt that I would definitely proceed with my idea under their guidance.
